Our Story
NextShine Cleaning started with a simple belief: every home deserves to be treated with care and respect. Founded by Rayssa Hamilton, a dedicated cleaning professional originally from Brazil, NextShine grew entirely through word-of-mouth referrals and repeat clients—proof that quality work speaks for itself.
Rayssa brought her hands-on expertise, meticulous standards, and warm personal touch to every home she cleaned. As demand grew, her husband Will—a Christian entrepreneur and Tampa transplant who builds and operates local service businesses—joined her in building NextShine into South Tampa's most trusted cleaning service.
Today, South Tampa Cleaning by NextShine serves the area's finest neighborhoods, from Hyde Park and Bayshore Beautiful to Palma Ceia and Davis Islands. Every job is still personally quoted by Rayssa, and every team member is trained to the same exacting standards that built our reputation from the ground up.

Rayssa Hamilton
Founder & Operator
Rayssa Hamilton is the founder and operator of NextShine Cleaning, the parent company behind South Tampa Cleaning and Westchase Cleaning. Originally from Brazil, Rayssa brings years of hands-on professional cleaning experience to every home her team enters.
She built NextShine from the ground up through word-of-mouth referrals and repeat clients, earning a reputation for thoroughness, reliability, and genuine care for the homes she serves. Rayssa personally quotes every job, trains every team member, and sets the quality standard that defines the NextShine name.
She is not a manager sitting behind a desk. She is in the homes, she knows the work, and she knows what luxury homeowners expect. As a Christian and a mother, Rayssa runs her business the way she would want someone to treat her own home: with respect, attention, and excellence.
Will Hamilton
Co-Owner
William Hamilton is the co-owner of South Tampa Cleaning by NextShine (and Westchase Cleaning by NextShine). He is a Christian entrepreneur and Tampa transplant who builds and operates local service businesses with a commitment to integrity, quality, and direct accountability.
Will also owns Westchase Painting Company, one of the top-rated residential painting companies in the Westchase and greater Tampa area, and is the founder of ServiceLine Pro, a digital marketing agency serving home service businesses across the country.
His approach to business is simple: own the work, serve the client, and let the results speak. Every business Will builds is locally rooted, family-operated, and held to a standard that reflects his conviction that honest work done well honors God and serves the community. Will and his wife Rayssa live in Tampa, FL.
